Getting Started

Set up your account, invite your team, and create your first project in under 10 minutes.

Creating Your Account

Visit scopeshift.co.uk and click "Start Free Trial" on the pricing page.

Enter your email address, company name, and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers.

Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.

Choose your subscription tier. All plans include a 14-day free trial — no card required to start.

Once verified, you will be taken through a quick onboarding wizard to set up your company profile.

Company Setup

After signing up, the onboarding wizard will guide you through confirming your company name and details.

You can add your company logo, address, and contact details later from Settings > Company Profile.

Your subscription tier determines the features available to your team. You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing.

Inviting Team Members

From the onboarding wizard (or later from Admin > Users), enter the email addresses of team members you want to invite.

Each invited user receives an email with their login credentials.

New users are added as Operatives by default. Directors can change roles from Admin > Users.

Your subscription tier determines the maximum number of users. Starter allows 5, Pro allows 15, Business allows 50, and Enterprise is unlimited.

Creating Your First Project

In the onboarding wizard, enter a project name (e.g. "Riverside Office Refurb"), client name, and site address.

Alternatively, click "Create a sample project" to explore ScopeShift with pre-filled demo data.

Once your project is created, you can start adding variation orders straight away.
