Manage your subscription, update payment details, and understand what is included in each plan.
Subscription Tiers
ScopeShift offers four subscription tiers to suit different company sizes:
Starter (£39/month) — Up to 5 users, 5 projects, 2GB storage. Perfect for small teams getting started.
Pro (£79/month) — Up to 15 users, 15 projects, 10GB storage. Adds client portal, accounting integrations, and reports.
Business (£149/month) — Up to 50 users, unlimited projects, 50GB storage. Adds branded portal, advanced analytics, and offline mobile.
Enterprise (Custom pricing) — Unlimited everything. White-label portal, API access, and dedicated support.
All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to your tier features.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription in the app.
Click "Change Plan" and select your new tier.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Managing Payment Methods
Payment is handled securely through Stripe. ScopeShift never stores your card details directly.
To update your payment method, go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage Payment Method".
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Invoices and Receipts
Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You can view and download past invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoice History.
All invoices include your company details and VAT information where applicable.
